To Die For........Malteaser Cake

Oh. My. God. I'm in love with a cake. If that's possible. On the recommendation of a friend I had a go at making one today and would recommend you do the same! 



Its so simple and so delicious, read on for the easy 4-step recipe!






Recipe:

250g Milk Chocolate
300g White Chocolate
200g Malteasers
Digestive Biscuits (finely crushed)
2 tablespoons of Golden Syrup
100g of butter

1. Melt the milk chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a large bowl
2. Stir in the crushed digestives and malteasers (be quick)
3. Pour the mixture into a flat dish (I lined mine with baking paper to make it easy to lift out) and flatten with a spoon
4. Melt the white chocolate in a separate bowl and pour over the cake mixture
