Recipe:
250g Milk Chocolate
300g White Chocolate
200g Malteasers
Digestive Biscuits (finely crushed)
2 tablespoons of Golden Syrup
100g of butter
1. Melt the milk chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a large bowl
2. Stir in the crushed digestives and malteasers (be quick)
3. Pour the mixture into a flat dish (I lined mine with baking paper to make it easy to lift out) and flatten with a spoon
4. Melt the white chocolate in a separate bowl and pour over the cake mixture
